The second-year San Antonio Spurs Guard scored 14 of his 20 points in the first half, but the Minnesota Timberwolves made more winning plays down the stretch to pull away for a 114–109 win in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals on Sunday night, evening the series at 2–2.
Despite not having star center Victor Wembanyama since his second-quarter ejection for an offensive flagrant 2 foul, the Spurs still led 101–100 with just over three minutes remaining.
